Founded in 1978 as a two-man graphic design studio, RSD has grown for over 30 years by focusing on two factors – quality of the finished product and your satisfaction with our service.

Our team includes brand specialists, print designers, interactive designers, programmers and project managers. We are totally focused on helping our clients develop and communicate compelling brand messages across all media forms. Partners

Tom Dahl – President, Partner

Tom has been the President of RSD since 2001 and a partner since 1986. He has more than thirty years of experience managing all types of marketing communications programs for large consumer products companies. Tom can be relied upon to provide a critical eye and fresh thinking to every project. He has a BS in Marketing from LIU.

Richard Bianchi – Vice President, Partner

As a client of RSD, Rich was so impressed that he decided to join the agency! He has over twenty five years of experience in brand management and marketing on the client and agency sides. He’s also a college professor, teaching Marketing and Brand Management courses at Parsons The New School For Design for the last thirteen years. He has an MBA in Marketing from NYU.

Dave Carroll – Creative Director, Partner

Dave joined RSD in 1997 and has been a graphic designer since attending the New York City High School of Art and Design. Dave’s skills include design and illustration, as well as copy writing and concept development. Dave is the Creative Director of RSD and is responsible for managing the studio.

Team

Jason Wimette – Director, Interactive Marketing

Jason joined the RSD team in 2007, shortly after receiving his MBA from Northeastern University. His years of experience in consumer marketing prior to joining RSD have provided a level of understanding that ensures project success. Jason manages all online and interactive projects that flow through RSD.

Anna Kotler – Director, Strategic Planning

Anna is a marketing professional with significant experience in the development and implementation of plans for consumer brands, new product launches, situation assessments and competitive analysis. She has worked as a brand manager for three of the largest consumer products companies in America. Anna has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan.

Liz Bauer – Assistant Creative Director, Interactive Marketing

Liz holds a BFA from Savannah College of Art & Design and has been at RSD since 2005. Her experience, coupled with her keen attention to detail and understanding of interactive media ensures projects move smoothly from concept through production. Liz assists in the management of all projects and is intimately involved in the design and development processes, ensuring that the final product meets client objectives.

Viorel Moraru – Senior Designer

Viorel joined RSD in 1991. He has been involved in a wide range of projects from production to concept design, logo development, corporate literature and promotional materials. He has a BFA from the School of Visual Arts.

Rob Muratore – Senior Designer

Rob joined RSD in 1996 after graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA in 1991. He has been working steadily in the field of graphic design. As a senior designer at RSD, Rob assists in concept development, design, illustration, photo retouching and prepress production.

Josh Beckerman – Interactive Developer

Josh joined RSD in 2009 after receiving his Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. His broad range of coding skills and knowledge of web standards allows RSD to deliver complete interactive projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
